According to the Central Election Commission, two thousand and 477 seats have been counted at two thousand and 472.
Out of 1 million 885 thousand and 448 people have voted 799 thousand 960 citizens or their right used 42.50 per cent of the vote.
Citizens of 21 municipalities must again address the ballot boxes after failing to elect their leaders these elections held on 17 October.
While, 17 other municipalities have already finished the mayor's case.
