The race for Pristina chairman has become hotter than ever because of the 17 October result. But what are the mathematics of this race?

Vetevendosje's Arben Vitita will be in the runoff with the Democratic League's Rama progress.

The year came first with 42.33 per cent, or 35 thousand and 433 votes, while Rama came in second with 29.35 per cent or 24 thousand and 572 votes.

The distance between the two is thus 10,000 and 861 votes, or less than any possible poll had seen.

The election appearance in the Pristina municipality was relatively high compared to other Kosovo Albanian municipalities. 44.88 percent of registered voters had participated in these elections, or 87 thousand and 959.

Any exit beyond that figure in the 14 November runoff elections is in favour of Rama Progress, since in the polls Arben Vitita and Vetevendosje have consistently favoured a victory without his runoff.

Taking into account the extraordinary organisation of Vetevendosje, it is unlikely that voters who did not participate in the polls on Sunday, November 17th. But it is possible that many of Rama's voters have stayed at home by not believing in the possibility of a run-off, Periscope follows.

At the very least, Rama will benefit +3 thousand votes on Sunday, November 14th.

Current point: Arben Vitita, 35433 Progress Rama, 27572

Currently, five other candidates who have a considerable number of votes have remained out of the run-off.

Meeting together, they have 23 thousand and 709 votes, a huge and determining sum for the winner of this race.

If we take 20 percent out of this number from the despair of their candidate outcome, there are 18 thousand and 967 votes in the equation.

PDK

Ismaili Bridge has been the great surprise of these elections, increasing the PDK's outcome in Pristina to incredible proportions. Due to major opposition to Vetevendosje, the loyal part of this party's voters is expected to vote without thinking twice about the LDK candidate, Rama.

The rest, meanwhile, has not seen much of Mr. Isma'il (Ishmael) and it is more likely that they will move about. But why did he line up with Ismaili Bridge? Strongly believing that Pristina needs change and not another Vetevendosje government.

AAK

Daut Haradinaj has received 3769 votes in the October 17th elections. Since his party is currently the party with the most aggressive opposition to the Kurti II government, it is not believed that these faithful AAK voters would slide towards Mr. The year without a coalition.

AKR

Beyond the number of voters, in these elections a large portion of AKR voters have remained out of the elections, as Selim Pacolli failed to run. Because of strong ties with the LDK, and Rama's candidacy for Progress, these voters are expected to be on his side.

The result?

If we take it well that only 18 thousand and 967 voters of candidates without a run-off will go to the polls, then we can arbitrarily decide that 80% of the votes will go towards Rama Progress and 20% to Arben Vitita because of the political situation.

This produces a very interesting outcome. Arben Vitita if she manages to get 20% of the votes from voters of candidates outside the runoff, then this number of votes will be 3793. Added to his number of votes, if he manages to keep them, this number goes on 39 thousand 226 sosh.

On the other hand, if Kosovo's Rama succeeds in getting 80% of the votes for candidates outside the runoff that we determined in arbitrary form, then the number of votes added is 15 thousand and 173. If Rama manages to hold his number of votes of 27 thousand and 562 [Serbs.] increased with the number of increase in turnout by disgruntled citizens, then the number is won. 42 thousand 735.

This produces a considerable distance for Mr. Rama's 5 thousand and 511 votes.

With turnout of 81 thousand and 961 voters in the Pristina municipality, it turns out that percentage division will be the following: Arben Vitia 47.85% Progress Rama 52.14%. /Periscopi
