Moreover, the Constitutional Court has forced KEDS to make the return of over 40m euros to compensate for the damage to consumers who are billed for spending electricity in Kosovo's four northern municipalities.
“As illegal, the ZERE decision is forced to take action that imposes the Kosovo Electricity Distribution Service (KEDS) to make the return of the billed amount, respectively, compensation for the damage to consumers who are billed for spending electricity in the four northern Kosovo municipalities and the period from 06.02.2012 to 20,10.2017, at the value of 40.855m euros.855m euros. All of these in the 15-day term from the day of acceptance of this act”, the Court announced.
