(5 years ago)Kosovo today held local elections, where after a fair and democratic process, The PDK came out winning 5 municipalities without a run-off, LDK and 2 municipalities, AAK of 2 municipalities and VV and no municipality, Periscope reports. Of 38 municipalities in total, 21 will go to the runoff. See the graphs:
