I was worried about the Supreme decision: I knew justice would prevail

Basically, I think sanctioning the opposition leader's right to participate in the election is not good. But still it's the same thing that I said we're all equal before law”. The Supreme Court has accepted five complaints by political subjects against the election panel's decisions on Ances and Parashtre (PZAP), which have been divided by lots and examined by judicial colleges within legal terms.
The Supremei has ordered the Central Election Commission for the candidate for MP from the AAK ranks, Shemsedin Dresey, to include him on the candidate list for MPs.
On the Info Magazine show in Klan Kosova, he has said that even before this decision is made, he has been certain that justice will prevail.
“We are citizens of Kosovo and have good laws and bad laws. I've been under stress for an over-indeposed drug system that's stuck in a chain accident in Drenas. Since February 2019, traffic accidents are no longer criminal acts, but countering”.
The decisions stemming from legislation should be respected by all. We are equal before the law and we must respect them”.
I've been pretty sure that justice will prevail and in my proposal that I had yesterday, I said that every decision I would respect”.
Asked about the Supreme decision, which has left the candidate for VV prime minister, Albin Kurtin, outside the election race, Dresaj has said it is not good, but should still be respected.
In principle, I think the right of the opposition leader to participate in the election is not good. But still it's the same thing that I said we're all equal before law”
“As for the VV, I am very sorry that many qualitative contenders for the Kosovo Parliament are left off the list I think is not good for the country”.
Whatever it is, I think the VV is a well structured party that respects law and country. I hope the VV prospers the Parliament with its participation. It is a solidly represented party in the Kosovo Assembly, and it is not a party we should make fun of”.
