VVA official: I have no idea why our members in the CEC voted to verify votes from abroad with calls

Under the decision, the CEC will contact by phone all exiles who have applied to be registered as voters, writes Periscopi.

Any exile who is not called on the phone will not have the right to vote in the February 14th elections.
