Through a Facebook status, Jashari said it is unacceptable and not ethical for his sister's photo to be used for political motives.
It's unacceptable, not human, and not ethically misusing my sister Besarse's personality for certain political purposes. Such an act, at this pre-election time made by anyone, did not honor our glorious history and past, nor those that in the name of our national values tend to benefit politically”, he wrote.
In the photograph besides Besarta Jashar, there are two LVV deputies' candidates, Saranda Bogujevci and Vasfije Krasniqi.
We remember that Murat Jashari's name was mentioned by VV for president until a few weeks ago when Kurti reached agreement with Vjosa Osmani, who declared candidacy for president.
