He has said the Supreme One has enough arguments to certificate their candidates.

“The Penal Code on which sentences are imposed on our candidates sʹdo no legal effect, and we believe that our candidates will be certified, given the professionalism that the Supreme Court exists, is expressed, following the surrender of the PZAP's decision to the Supreme Court.

Saun asked about the actions he would take if no candidates were certified, has said he does not believe such a thing will happen, for according to him the Supreme One will decide in their favour.

But, he has ruled out the possibility of sending the decision to the Constitutional for suspension.

Among the five candidates from the VV that fail to meet the terms for certificate is leader Albin Kurti. The others are: Albulen Haxhiu, Liburn Aliu, Bajram Mavriqi and Labinos Deni-Murtezi.
