Call centre workers at the Central Election Commission may have started working, but in Toronto, Canada, it is still a time of sleep.
Therefore, exile Valon Mehan on Sunday did not hear the call to verify his vote at 3 and 53 in the morning. Local time there is six hours behind the one in Kosovo.
Mehan relates that he has tried again and again to call the same number, but he has not received an answer.
But not everyone had trouble confirming the distance turnout in the February 14th elections. Fadil Miftari of Switzerland explains that the call was February 28 seconds, and simple caller questions.
Under the direction approved by the CEC, the first call is realised at the working schedule according to local time in Kosovo. And for those who haven't responded, it's on time local application residence time. The third time, however, is proved after working hours at the local time of applicants.
There have been complaints that exiles have even received anonymous calls, but by the CEC it has been clarified that the prefix of the Republic of Kosovo always appears +383.
