Lady Osman didn't even react like U.D. President, not as an MP candidate nor as a woman, when Valdete Daka was exposed to brutal attacks by VV's explosives;

Mrs. Osman is protecting the Certificate Office from the creator of this office, which is CEC. So the Office does not respond to the presidency but to the CEC.

It (Osman) is in an election campaign with the VV and its role in relation to independent institutions like constitutional entities is delicate, so intervention represents conflict of interest.
Apparently, its intervention in the CEC presents conflict of interest - criminal offence! ?
President/a should intervene only if there are indicators that the CEC has violated the integrity of the elections, while the U.D. While she is a party, she has no right because she herself is subject to the CEC! ?

At the 25th point of the DK verdict says:

Under this verdict, sending Lady Osmani to GEK would result in her unequivocal dismissal from the post W. D. Because, it is affecting the constitutional order, since it has been brought up against the Constitutional Court verdict, which cannot afford to participate in the elections as candidates for MPs, convicts with a decision of formal form in the last three years.
The CEC has done nothing but implementing the 29th GDP verdict.
Article 116 of the Constitution says the Constitutional Court's decisions are binding on all because they are unappreciated.
