Vetevendosje leader Albin Kurti in his Facebook profile has published the full speech given during the party's MBA, where he mentions among other things children's video games, Periscope broadcasts.

Dear delegates,

Dear activists,

Citizens of the Republic,

With deep gratitude and humility, I accept and thank you for your nomination to be prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo.

In September 2019 we met together in a similar situation like this. A general choice on which the welfare of the citizen and the future of the republic depend. We were climbing the stairs of the same political, emancipative and institutional process.

So before I talk about the future ahead, let me briefly talk about the recent past, which was earlier than full - of - the - sized, in fact, of events and thought that has caused a thorough re-regulation of public opinion.

In recent elections as we rarely had the opportunity for major changes, to change the thinking of governance in the country. We had the opportunity to begin to reform the justice system deeply. Release institutions from the general capture of the state. To restore the economy to the work of education, integrate citizens with the republic and thus remove the country from the crisis and put it on progress tracks. Moreover, the opportunity arose to do so to end two decades of human cleansing and corruption of our institutions, the internal collapse of the state from reflection in violence and external damage to the subjectivity of independence and sovereignty in violation of territorial, institutional and human integrity.

Citizens were ready, and with them we marked October 6th of 2019 with record numbers of election exits. Citizens thus took on their responsibility.

We all know the outcome of those elections. Our ruling coalition partner, who was appointed by citizens, the party that promised changes and secession from the past, broke them and returned to the Gulf of PAN, the PAN thief, doing so. PAN PLAN not only to destroy our ruling coalition but also to overstep the citizens' hope for change.

The LDK abandoned the common route. He abandoned the fight against corruption, worked against establishing reciprocity with Serbia, broke trust built in two years as the common opposition, and violated over months of building the governing programme. She even went so far as to betray and abandon her candidate for prime minister.

The LDK eventually testified that the force that draws it towards dark governance with PAN hajni is stronger than any desire anyone in it may have for the overall interest in future prospects.

Today, each citizen of Kosovo, wherever he or she lives, remembers the night of March 25th. He remembers the protracted hands of those who voted to overthrow the government at the height of the pandemic.

March 25 witnessed what we all knew but hoped that after October 6 it had changed.

We were required to compromise with right and truth. But we are Movement V. we cannot compromise either by vote or by power or by then by today or by no means.

We're moving: As we move forward, we can't go back. We all know the way forward. In this election is uniting all citizens as never before about our joint project to make Kosovo the homeland we all want.

On February 14th, we've been given a second chance and this time we're no longer in danger because our society has already seen it, and it's understood and learned what the real difference is. And this change is called Movement V. I'm sorry.

We're all in the same project, what we've had for a long time. It is this project of the martyrs of war and the builders of peace. To those who resisted, to those who were sacrificed, to those who were killed and imprisoned, only to have our freedom and our country. It is the project of children and young people seeking perspective and progress. Parents, especially women who are looking for jobs and exiles who want to return and invest in their country.

Because, really, we choose different paths in life but share shared dreams because we have the same country. They believe our work and sweat are appreciated. They wanted us to be equal in the possibilities and in the odds of not judging our descent. The hope that when one day we look at our children in front of us to be convinced that we, who were able to build a more just and equal state, gave everything from ourselves. The dream in which we build and develop a place to live proudly and travel peacefully around the world, without fear of disappointment and shame of stigma.

And today we are at a milestone in the republic. It is the moment when the future of our country depends on the decision and action of each of us. We remember that every time our vote has not been expressed in the dignified representation of the republic and the nation we have not had the fate of being in history. So think about it and weigh it carefully right now, please.

If after 20 years the children of Kosovo will ask us where we were, when the possibility of change was in our hands, what will we answer them? On February 14th, we have the chance to respond proudly to that question. Each of us would say that yes, I was there, in the right place, on the right day when our country's fate and future depended on one vote and I made the right choice. I answered the call for change, went to the polls and voted the V Movement I'm sorry.

So grab this. Young and old, boys and boys, women and men, exiles and citizens of Kosovo wherever you are, all of us must respond together to the call for change and statehood, by voting, on February 14th, because a bright future awaits us all.

And what is that future?

It is the future where our children receive the education they deserve to be employed in a competitive world where we know their intelligence.

The future we invest in sustainable energy that empowers businesses and production but protects health and the environment for generations to come.

The future in which a bribe is not imposed to open it or the tribute to keep it.

The future where the farmer and farmer live with dignity from their work because the state promotes and supports local products and protects them from nonplayal competition, establishing reciprocity measures and opening export doors.

The future where each citizen, regardless of what he earns, receives adequate health treatment. The lives of each citizen are equal and equal.

The future in which we have a fair tax system and where the most fortunate earn it more share the welfare of those who are worse and who are at last.

The future where the state fights inequalities of all sorts, especially the historical and social inequalities between men and women, between the center and the suburbs, between the city and the village, because in the rule of law everyone is equal in opportunity and rights. Because equal rights don't make sense without equal opportunities. The child of a farmer in Kacanik should have equal opportunities to develop talent and live up to dreams the same as a lawyer's child in Pristina.

A future that draws us to integration of joining Albania towards the European Union and the Euro-Atlantic one.

That future is as possible as our faith is powerful.

So let us unite our faith and on February 14th send a message to Cynics and unbelievers that united citizens do everything possible.

And citizens have already decided that Movement V EVIDENCE! to win these elections, form the government and start the big change Kosovo needs.

And the change will happen because each of us will take on the responsibilities that belong to us. As parents, we're going to add child care and parenting by taking video games out of their hands sometimes and asking more commitment in reading: because teaching doesn't end when the school bell rings; as teachers, we need to add quality to ourselves, increase devotion to the students and remember that our society's future depends on our children's education; as farmers we need to work our lands, turn the pressures and prosperity into our fields. As a student, we must choose according to our talents and be eager for knowledge. And the state must be anywhere near you. The state will pave the way for investments in infrastructure, technology and science, but will also pave the way for non-competitive competition, market injustices, and even natural disasters that are not so much of nature.

The state is our organised community where we have individual responsibilities and mutual responsibilities. And until we take on domestic responsibilities and start the big change, a new era will begin even in our relations with abroad.

Our exile will finally take on the role it deserves in our society by facilitating their voting rights and facilitating investment opportunities.

Even our neighbourly relations will advance the interests of our citizens. No one can despise, torture and affect the identity and dignity of our citizens because the state will protect them by acting on reciprocity measures and with active diplomacy that respects international law.

Relations with Serbia will be built on reciprocity, even on the basis of the near past, which has not yet been closed. Everything must begin with records and addresses of war damage, identity and finding missing persons, prosecution and punishment of war criminals.

Relations and alliances with the United States of America will be strengthened. Kosovo has great allies America, and our interests are common in protecting and strengthening democracy. Strengthening the Kosovo Army, permanent partnership with the US and NATO membership remain the future government's top priority.

Membership in the European Union is an unstoppable process. Strong association with Germany is necessary. But our approach should be to build and develop Kosovo inside that accelerates engagement and not membership to remain as a goal in itself. A Kosovo where the law rules, with its independent and professional justice system, the well-being for the developed citizen, is effectively loved by all, and the doors of integration are open throughout the world.

This is the future.

And now, when there's only one month left for the big change, each of us has to start working today to make it happen. Help the dandy, and encourage them to register and vote.
