Further in the report, the CDRK has fulfilled its obligation to hand over names to the set timeline.
The candidate's “Lists have surrendered to the CEC within the set deadline for request. In this case, the Council has completed its commitment to this process”, the report says among other things.
Meanwhile Central Election Commission spokesman Valmir Elezi has announced that of the KRK's data, 47 candidates have been found guilty of various criminal acts.
“From the response we received from the Kosovo Judiciary Council, results in 15 of the 28 political subjects that have applied for certificate have candidates who are not in line with Article 29 of the General Election Law, the letter q, specifying that the candidate for MPs cannot be a person who has been convicted of criminal acts with a final court ruling in the last 3 years. Elez has indicated that 15 out of 28 subjects have candidates who have problems with the law. For the name of those candidates, Elez has said he is left with the parties to make public the names.
