Upgrad technical workers protest December pay and labour contracts

Technical workers working at Pristina University “Hasan Pristina” are protesting before the reactor.

The reason for the protest was the month's December pay last year and for failing to pay for the work contract.

Independent Kosovo Private Sector Union Chairman Yusuf Azemi said that if workers' demands are not met by 2: 00 p.m., then they will block all the work.

“Political subjects are making a lot of promises, that's reality. This is the condition of all who are puffing up today. We will block the entire system, we cannot stand by demanding charity, the state has failed in meeting conditions for the private sector. We're looking for our right. If there will be no realisation of the requirements by 2: 00 p.m. today, we will block all the work”, Azemi said.
