In Slovenia a new type of coronary was discovered in a laboratory sample, much like England's previously discovered species, which is much more contagious.
The National Laboratory for Health, Environment and Food confirmed to the STA agency that a new Corona virus, much like England's new species, was found in a gas sample by a person who arrived from England.
As it was said, the sample parts that they managed to analyse so far perfectly match the English type, but they failed to get the entire genome sequence, so for now they can't completely confirm it.
It is said that the form of the new strain of the virus on which antibodies must operate remained the same despite mutations, as evidenced by cases from England where no new infection with the new species was observed among people who were already infected with the old virus.
It has also been determined that antibodies caused by the first infection also protect from the new kind, meaning that vaccine is also effective against the new kind.
