Early in the month Trump promised a tough “protest in Washington on 6 January, the day Congress will meet to accept the electoral outcome.
“According to statistics it is impossible to have lost in the 2020 elections,” he wrote in Titter. Subtitles: Get over there, it's gonna be tough”
Trump and his campaign have rejected the election results and have launched numerous legal challenges, but all have failed.
The president spent Christmas in Florida, but as reported, he will return to the White House early Thursday than he planned.
