Gashi has based this conclusion on Act's 297 point, but which in fact says nothing but reconfirming that Kurti cannot run because of the sentence, Periscope follows.
The lawyer says Kurti is Albanian on bail until a person sentenced to prison in the past three years is not allowed to run for deputy position.
Kurt was sentenced to one year and three months in prison on bail, and Periscope is followed.
Tome Gashi a few months earlier had attacked the Hot government by distributing a saying and image of Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler.
