Only one MP supports the initiative for the Special to go to Constitutional

KLA War Veterans Organisation Chairman Faton Klink said they do not expect changes from early parliamentary elections, as this organisation is not satisfied with the work of any political party. Klink speaking of their request that the Law for Special Court be sent to that Constitutional Court, [...]

Klink, speaking of their request for the Special Court Law to be submitted to that Constitutional Court, mentioned that only MP Duda Bayle continues to support the initiative, while other Parliament deputies have withdrawn their signatures.

As far as this is concerned, to tell them frankly we have been promised the deputies of the Kosovo Assembly, we have met some parliamentary groups, we have met with the AAK Parliamentary Group, the Initiative, and the PDK, as is Duda Bayle. We've been promised to sign the signatures to send it as a case to the Constitutional Court, eventually withdrew with the right to Duda Bayle only has not yet withdrawn from this case”.

Deputy Gazmend Syla has been very helpful to us, but he also said there are no signatures from his party, because it's said to be suggested by friends in prison, not to be sent as a matter. The interpretation that the Constitutional Court Chamber has made, there as called in The Hague, I think it had no right to interpret because it is a Constitutional Court case here. Continue of the mandate can only make the Kosovo Assembly”, he said.

On the other hand, Klinaku hopes that a separate court in Kosovo will be established for judging Serbia's crimes.

The “in the first place has had to keep in mind that these developments occurred after the KLA leaders were arrested, especially after the arrest of President Thaci, who had to resign, so political developments in Kosovo have not been so good and the situation has been fragile because political subjects when it is the president's case have not overcome it as a problem. Since neither the Assembly of Kosovo is functioning properly, neither is the government”.

We go to the elections, but this place was meant to fulfill the pledge it took from us, because we had two requests from them and they didn't. One of them has been for the Special Court Law to be changed so they can be tried in Kosovo. We didn't expect anything from this legislature. We expect that the other legislature will do something in that direction we have been prevented from following the war crimes Serbia has committed, massacre and genocide and is not following, and we expect that the other legislature will do or change the Law and create an extra court and try all the crimes Serbia has committed in Kosovo”, he said.

Furthermore, Klink said that for OVL- The KLA has no ideal government, but it says it is important that any political party wins in the elections focus on economic development and youth employment.

“For OVL-KLA, to say the ideal government's right, we have a lot of war friends, but that doesn't mean they can be the best in government, but the ideal government doesn't have because we've tried all of it”. “In all past governments someone has supported us, someone has not supported us at all, but ideal government for citizens that in this case we are citizens, it would be for them to take on more for economic development and youth employment. This would be the ideal government for both citizens and us as veterans”, he concluded.
