Due to recent domestic resources in some Kosovo municipalities, there have been floods, thus causing major material damage, writes Periscope.
Rainfalls that have declined with high intensity in recent days have caused floods in parts of Kosovo.
The worst - laden situation in these rainfalls was on the Dukagjin Plains, not leaving Malisheva, Suhareka, Rahovecin, and Drenas as rivers crossing these regions have gone out of bed.

In addition to high-intensity rainfall, Kosovo will also face the Philomena storm, so Pristina Weather has warned.
According to them, minimum temperatures may drop even below - 10C on weekends.
All of this as a result of the Spanish - based Cyclone Philomenia, which is expected to reach our country during the next day, writes Periscope.
Meteorologist thinker Rugova, in a conversation about Periscope, confirmed that such a storm would include Kosovo territory.
” This storm has passed through Spain, and these days, some of it goes right past us. Tonight could be the most critical situation from the results, and then the atmospheric results will go by weakening and are expected to gradually relax”, Rugova concludes for Periscope.
What is the Storm Philomena?
Cyclone Philomena, according to meteorologists, is a powerful storm that causes heavy snowfall. This storm, according to meteorologists, will bombard Europe with 40cm of snow and strong winds.
Its first effects have begun to be seen, but its sheer ferocity during the crossing across Europe will be seen in the coming days. In addition to heavy snowfall, Philomena is expected to stir up seas, bring torrential rains and powerful winds that will cause problems in many European countries.
And it won't take a day or two, but bad weather, according to experts, will last for a few days. Central Europe, meanwhile, has already experienced low temperatures and rainfall for days. More rains, according to meteorologists, are expected over the coming days in Italy and the Balkans.
The wave of bad weather is even being pushed further east towards Greece and Albania.
Until now, four people lost their lives from this storm in Spain, while communication has paralyzed in some parts of the country. The army and rescue services attracted 1,500 people from vehicles confined on the road. / PERISCOP/
