Statement for Gashi is used as key argument for refusing release Jakup Krasniqi

A Facebook post by former KLA spokeswoman Jakup Krasniqi, for Kurti's former adviser, Marze Gashi, has been used as an argument by the Special Court to continue that detention.

The French judge stresses that Krasniqi in the position of KLA spokesman was involved in the distribution of policies of its KLA and General Staff. It is irrelevant if this statement is directed against Mr. Gashi specifically; her language clearly aims at anyone who expresses compliance with the charges, including those of the 2010 report prepared by special rapporteur Dick Marty”, is highlighted further in the court's reasoning.

This Krasniqi post has been used as a key argument by the Special Court to reject the request for release, stressing that despite the terms proposed by the defence for the release of the former KLA spokeswoman, his beliefs and their public expression for “colaborationists” could influence Krasniqi supporters to carry out actions that clash with the procedure currently under way against him.

When you hear and see them speak, some Albanian speakers cannot help but feel sorry for the assumption of public opinion - perhaps not their fault - they speak as much as they do. Some people, when they speak and write about the centuries of captivity or for a few years of Freedom, vent their rage to the contributors of Freedom and Glory, is understood in comparison with many centuries of captivity!
