Special calls “archict” of crimes Jakup Krasniqi, mentions post against former adviser by Albin Kurti

The Specialised Prosecutor's Office has strongly rejected Jakup Krasniqi's defence request for his release from custody.

Several interviews by Jakup Krasniqi, given in 1998, have been mentioned in the specialised Prosecution Parastrat. In them the specialised prosecutor quoted several words of Krasniqi, where he denied that the KLA had kidnapped people, but that if some people had suffered, they were more Albanian associates of the Serbian regime, according to what the prosecution quoted.

Furthermore, Krasniqi by the Specialised Prosecutor has also been mentioned in a post he had made for the former Kurti adviser, Shozen Gashi about eight months ago, when Gashi stated in one of the Kosovo media that individuals within the U. The Hague prosecutor claims the defence is deliberately promoting Krasniqi as a retired person, linked to a small party “”.

KRASNIECI's “Defense significantly underestimates the influence of the CRASNIECI in Kosovo, trying to present it as a pensioner linked to a small political party. Jakup CRASNIECI is the former head of the Kosovo Assembly and former Acting President of Kosovo. He is also the former KLA deputy commander. The specialised prosecutor in her parachutes also mentioned the case of Sami Lushtak's escape from KKUK while he was being tried.

In addition to Sami Lushtaku's case, the Specialised Prosecutor has mentioned the Remzi Shala case, known as commander “The Red Moll”, which had escaped from Kosovo during its invitation from the Special, reports News.
