The candidate lists for MPs were handed over by all parties in the CEC.

But not all people within the lists are being allowed to run for deputy in the February 14th elections.

That's because the Central Election Commission did not certificate all 47 people for running.

And this certificate was made because of the Constitutional decision, which confirms that persons who have court indictments in the three-year term are not allowed to run for deputy.

But some of these sentences turned out to be simple traffic sentences worth less than 20 euros.

On the Vetevendosje list except Albin Kurti, Albulen Haxhiu, Bajram Mavriqi and Libun Aliut was also banned from Labinos Demi Murtez.

For some of them, they are already known to be convicted of throwing tear gas in the Assembly.

But the former deputy from the ranks of the Vetevendosje movement, the Demi Murtez decision of the CEC and then of The PZAP for noncomposure seems unfair.

The latter was convicted of a traffic accident.

And this is not the only case that is being considered an injustice to party candidates.

The AAK is not being allowed to participate in elections Shemsedin Dresaj, Albanian Kastrati, the Ajeti beat.

And from this party they're saying that the Dressey Swede has been given three years and three days at the time they submitted their certificate lists.

And his fine is said to have cost 18 euros.

Therefore, according to the chairman of this party, Ramush Haradinaj, Dresaj is not included in the candidacys, which were banned due to sentences received in the three-year term.

Meanwhile, according to analyst Yll Zeka, delivering complaints to the Supreme Court will not change the decision made by the Constitution.

While exceptions may be made for specific occasions.

Zeka adds that on the basis of the Constitutional Court's decision, it does not matter what the fines or sentences the candidates may have received.

And besides Vetevendosje AAK, even 12 people from NISMA were not certified.
