The House of Representatives on Monday will accept former President Donald Trump's accusations of inciting the uprising in a fiery speech to his supporters prior to this month's deadly attack on the Capitol, signalling the start of his second impeachment trial.
The Democrats will try to convince the republic as many as possible to condemn Trump and then vote to lift the opportunity to run for president again in the future.
The House of Representatives has voted to sue Trump on January 13th.
At least 17 republican senators will have to join the Democrats in condemning Trump, though that is unlikely to happen.
Violence in Congress has erupted after Trump has claimed in some cases, that he has won the November 3rd election and that the process has been “manipulated”.
In the early hours of January 6th, thousands of Trump supporters have heard his call to fight hard to protect the state.
As a result of the clashes in Congress, five people are dead.
