The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) has failed to receive electoral lists from the Central Election Commission (KQZ).

Acting Justice Minister Selim Selim Selimi has said the CEC decision should be respected, but according to him, P ZAP and the Supreme One are two steps that are enough to consume the right of complaint.

The Constitutional Court's decision legally is a strange decision, as it has caused some confusion which has even exacerbated the crisis. Politically good, after decision-making has returned to sovereign. The question of decision-making in the CEC is by vote, but to vote fairly since CEC members are not law-profession professionals, they must be well informed and to be so, they must have materials that the legal offices --” produce.

Selimi, at the Analysis edition in Klan Kosova, has said that the issue of penalties according to him would have to be more explained.

“Absertification of these lists is currently taken at a stage that had been good to be expected after an explanation that had to be given to members of the CEC, on the list issue and on the matter of sentences”.

“On the issue of punishments, we have a vagueness because the Constitutional Court says condemned; it is a Supreme Court ruling that shares the sentences and I think that this has had to be explained in detail, because the principle of the right to choose is an absolute principle that belongs to each”.

“Today, the issue of punishments has had to be consumed more thoroughly, as there is a host of sentences (with effective, alternative prison) and as the law envisions all of this amount of punishment. It's enough indicator to show that punishment is not a general word, that can be used as a cally in any situation, and I think this clarification is necessary”.
