Selimi said the Constitutional decision is not clear as regards the entry of candidates for MPs to the list.
According to him, there is a need for a clarifying interpretation of the MPs' entry into the list, for the certificate in the CEC.
We need an interpretation of the entry of MPs to the list, it's unclear for the lists, I think it should require an interpretation of the application's entry of MPs to the list. I think we need a clearer player”, Selimi said.
He considers that even an interpretation is necessary so that they do not get letters back in the CEC.
It is imperative that we do not have a six-month drama, to deal with letters on the CEC”, he said at Calxo Pernime.
Furthermore, he declared that the composition of the Constitutional Court has never been questioned on the issue of lists for MPs.
“This composition of the Constitutional Court, has not been questioned, has always made it unacceptable, and has only referred to Article 113”, Selimi concluded. /Periscope.
