Albanian Mehmeti-Selim, or otherwise known as Rexhep Selimi's wife, has been declared as her name is part of the Vetevendosje Movement list, as an MP candidate in the 14 February elections.
Albanian Mehmeti Selimi said she feels honored that she is part of this list, until she said she would be an example and a motive for young people and young people in this country.
She said it would be an example for them to love and preserve their country by engaging in and not regurgitating it.

Like everyone on the list of 110 candidates for MP from Movement V I am honored to be part of this project on the road to our mutual commitment to a righteous society and an advanced nation.
With the move SEVATHER! to the leadership of the government and as the parliamentary majority in the Kosovo Assembly, commitment to the realisation of generations' aspirations will also be my primary will and duty.
Just as once a warrior of Freedom and fellow fighters, so today with collaborators in the movement, tomorrow and always I will be in service of the country and our national and social interests.
Let us be an example and motive for young people in this country to love and preserve their country by engaging in and not leaving it.
Our Movement's victory and success is already more than hope, it is a reality that on February 14th will be the celebration of new victory.
