Republican conventioner seeks to evacuate Trump from Oval Office

Republican Adam Kinzinger has called on current US Vice President Mike Pence to activate the 25th amendment of the American Constitution and take over the president's responsibilities, as according to him, President Donald Trump has “abbid” from his duty to protect the American people. “Unfortunately, yesterday it was seen that the president not only committed [...]
Unfortunately, yesterday it was found that the president not only has been committed by his duty to protect the American people and Congress”, said Kinzinger, who is representative of Illinois's 16th district at the U.S. Lower Room.
Amendment 25, ratified in 1967 and adopted following President John F. Kennedy in 1963 has to do with replacing the presidential post and the inability to perform the task.
Kinzinger said the current president, Donald Trump, in his actions, promoted the situation even more on January 6th, when his supporters broke into the building of Congress, where the victory confirmation hearing was held in the presidential election, of the Democrat Joe Biden.
“It is time to activate the 25th amendment and end this nightmare”, he said, arguing that Vice President Pence and cabinet members must make sure, until the inauguration of Biden as president, on January 20th, American citizens are safe.
To activate the 25th Amendment, the Pence and most of President Trump's cabinet will have to declare that Trump is unable to exercise presidency duties and remove it. In this case, the Pence would take over as president.
On January 6, violent protesters, followers of Trump, interrupted the work of the congressional joint session for several hours. Four people remained dead at the event, authorities announced.
The convention then continued its work and certified Beden's victory.
