The 82-year-old is former head of Yemen Islami, a group inspired by al-Qaeda behind the attack that killed 202 people, the BBC writes, translates Periscopi.
Authorities said it would be introduced into the door-to-date programme.
People from 21 different nations died in the October 12th 2002 explosion during a popular holiday in Bali.
