Along with Nekriqi, Sead Osmanovic, Secretary of the Secretariat for the Finance of the Ulcinj municipality and the Chief of the Municipal Board of Democratic Party of Ulcinj, Mustafa Gorana, Secretary of the Secretariat for Municipal Services and Environmental Protection Sau praised Mehmeti, Defence and Salvation Service Director Milazim Mustafa, Secretary of the Municipal Police and former Chairman of the Ulcillial Assembly.

The arrests were made at the order of the Constitutional State Prosecutor in the municipality of Ulcinj.
