He said it's the first time that reciprocity has returned boomerang to the citizens of the Valley, but that it's been arranged only with ID.

I think that with 10 million investments would be noticed, the citizens of the Valley are very hardworking, they need to help the state hand. That place has resources. We don't have these.
He further stressed that his voice in the Valley was heard much earlier.
This is an electoral race and it's sending a message to them and let's put the finger down who represents them. I'll be their voice and ask them to vote even to young people in Kosovo.”, Ramiz said.
