According to the CRU “Pristina” the current flood situation is the most heavy in Fushe Kosovo, by cerrast they have taken preventive action by partially removing two underground wells from production to preserve the quality of water in the ship.
Production systems in NJOU Development, Lipjan, Peran, which are supplied from underground wells are out of danger of flooding, and water quality is within the standard for drinking water!
Water treatment factories in Shabbaj and Drenas, which are supplied by the Iber Lepenc Canal, are working at reduced capacity due to high turbulence in the canal, always in order for water to be quality and clean!
Badoci and Batlava's artificial surface lakes have a rise in water level, but this rise has not contributed to a growing turmoil or water quality, and so the situation is quite stable.
The laboratory team, along with the supervisors of these production systems, has received samples all day to see more closely the quality of drinking water in reservoirs and the water distribution network to avoid eventual pollution.
