The VV decision is expected to be published during the day.
“We are publishing today all decisions complained by parties on CEC decisions. Despite blackmail and pressure from the complaining parties, P The ZAP is doing its work professionally in line with the Constitutional Court's decision and the laws in force”, the source said within the PZAP.
PZAP has already returned official answers to some minority parties who, like Vetevendosje, have complained about not obtaining the election list because there were persons convicted in the last three years.
According to PZAP decisions, the CEC has accurately respected the decisions of the Constitutional Court and the laws in force.
On the basis of this decision, LVV chairman Albin Kurti cannot run for deputy, nor can he receive a prime minister's mandate from the Parliament what will be formed after the 14 February elections.
