In a Facebook post by PZAP, the decision was made at the meeting held on January 13th 2021.
“Unprecedented appeals Anr.1/2021 of the 1201.2021 date, exercised by political subject Vetevendosje and Anr.2/2021 date 12,01.2021, exercised by the non-governmental organisation “Germin”, against the decision of the Central Election Commission, by No. 42-2021, 1101,2021. related to the Verification of Applications for the Application Period for Registering of Voters Outside Kosovo”, PZAP's decision said.
The CEC's decision says that after registering voters from the diaspora, they will be called on the phone, but if not announced they will not be allowed to vote.
Otherwise, application for voter registration abroad has started on January 13th and will be completed on January 21st, at 1600.
