PZAP finds that the office that recommended the certificate of all lists has violated the law

The Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parashtre has decided to partially reject the Vetevendosje Movement's appeal regarding the Central Election Commission's decision not to certified the candidate list of MPs from this political subject. The decision also places emphasis on the Office's recommendation to register the political parties and the Certificate, which [...]
In the decision, it also gives importance to the Office's recommendation for the registration of political parties and Certificates, which suggested that all lists of political subjects be certified, which PZAP considers contrary to the Law for General Elections. “The ZRPPC casts doubt into the accuracy of the data involved in this answer, which is contrary to Article 329 paragraph 1 of the LPK, with which it determines: “The brochure, which has been designed in the form of a state body used within the limits of its competence, as well as the paperwork that the company or other entity has designed in the exercise of public authorization that has been entrusted to it (public document), proves the accuracy of what is confirmed or assigned to the”, is said in the verdict.
The ZRPPC recommendation has also been in conflict with the point-11 of the Kosovo Republic Constitutional Court Act device. The verifiator and investigative actions of the ZRPPC have been in line with Article 26 of the LZP, but the recommendation has not been in line with the legal provisions of the LZP, because: With Article 26 paragraph I of LZP-SC, it is determined that “Zira makes a written recommendation to the CEC for or against the Certificate of each of the list of accepted candidates no later than five (5) working days after the execution deadline of the” lists. With Article 26 paragraph 3 of the LZP, it is determined that: “If the Office decides that the candidate list does not meet the middle design, in that case it recognizes the political subject in Sale to correct the candidate list in the period within five (5) working days, giving the crrrzimitis/ why their list should be exgivar”, further stated in that decision.
Also, PZAP says the two minority parties that complained are not entitled to replace candidates that have not been certified.
