Nine political parties that have submitted the appeal to the Election Panel for Anxiety and Parashta (PZAP) will understand today what the decision of this 10-member independent institution will be. Judges on this panel have continued to handle appeals during the day until the deadline for decision ends today.
This process for The PZAP comes after the CEC's dissertation of candidates of nine political subjects for the February elections. This early election process comes after the Constitutional Court, for which Albert Krasniqi from Democracy + has said he is mandatory and should be respected by all.
According to him, if not respected, the case could go to the State Prosecutor.
Decisions are hosting the Vetevendosje Movement, the AAK and the Initiative, and six other subjects that were not certified candidates' lists Friday from the Central Election Commission, as they have people involved with the decision of cut form in the last three years by courts.
After the PZAP, the next door for complaints is the Supreme Court, meanwhile, all these procedures must be completed by January 31st.
