The Central Election Commission has not certified the election lists of the Vetevendosje Movement, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and the Social Democrat Initiative. It has confirmed that for Gazeta Express, PZAP Secretariat leader Mul Descu.

“Ende has no complaint in PZAP about the failure of certain political subjects and their candidates on the part of the CEC”, Descu has said.

Otherwise, the lists of the Democratic League of Kosovo, the Democratic Party and the Republika Srpska List have been certified by the CEC.

Central Election Commission Chairman Valdete Daka said the political subjects and candidates praising that they were wrongly not certified have a 24-hour complaint right to the Electoral Panel for Anx0>.

The issue could go up to the Supreme Court if the side might be dissatisfied with the PZAP decision. The period of complaints is set to be concluded by 31 January, so that the withdrawal of the lot for the ranking of political subjects on the balloting of these elections can be made possible on February 2nd.
