Prosecutors offered and gave the evaluation and told the judges to be imprisoned by Jacob Chansley, a man from Arizona who deals with conspiracy theory that was photographed at the deputy president Mike Pence's table in the Senate.
They discovered that Chansley had left a note to Mike Pence, threatening that “was just a matter of time, and that justice was coming at”.
There is strong evidence, including Chansley's own words and actions in the Capitol, that support the assault that rapists in the Capitol wanted to capture and kill elected United States government officials,” wrote prosecutors, followed by Periscope from The Guardian.
The state-elect lawyer to represent Chansley did not comment on those charges.
Federal prosecutors and agents have started bringing more serious charges related to violence in the Capitol. /Periscope
