In a proposal, he stated that at the order of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, his client, Haris Kelmendi, has been arrested again and a 48-hour police ban has been ordered against him.
Rudari stated that the current suspicion of Kelmendi is for criminal work “Pegim of proving”.
