The upper man is suspected that on January 27, 2021, about 5: 00 p.m., with a firearm, he deprived life of the person with the initials A.K. (his son) in the garage of their residential object from unknown motives until now.

The State Prosecutor's Office in Pristina, the Department of Criminals, on January 27, 2021, with the State Prosecutor's decision, has for 48 hours banned the person with the initials of S.K., and the same has submitted the request for the appointment of the detention measure, to the Constitutional Court in Pristina, in the direction of criminal acts “heavyVras”, from Article 173 of KPRK, and “the possession, or unauthorized possession of weapons<3> from the 366 Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The upper man is suspected that on January 27, 2021, about 5: 00 p.m., with a firearm, he deprived life of the person with the initials A.K. (his son) in the garage of their residential object from unknown motives until now.
The suspect, with the State Prosecutor's decision, is located under a 48-hour ban, while the lifeless body has been sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine in Pristina for abuse.
The State Prosecutor, in co-ordination with the Kosovo Police, is taking all necessary investigative actions regarding the case.
