Officials from the Regional Water Company “Pristina” have said this happened because of the turmoil created in the Ibër channel.
The KRU reports it is a state of emergency due to the flooding, and on Tuesday the situation is expected to stabilise.

Dear Kosovo consumers Drenas, Obilic, neighborhood” Calabria” in Pristina, Lake Matti 1, etc., you who have water outages as a result of the turbulence created in the Ibër channel.
We inform you that, technical director with additional teams are currently on the ground to implement technical alternatives to water supply from other lines, for areas that have supply problems.
On the other hand, we seek understanding on your part, since this situation has been created by recent atmospheric rainfall.
Our dedication is great, so we beg you to understand the state created by nature.
We are in a state of emergency after the floods, but tomorrow morning, the stabilisation of the situation is gradually expected.
