Albania, Andorra, Bolivia, Bosnia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Slovenia, the United States, Estonia, Iran, Israel, Colombia, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, northern Macedonia, Mexico, Montenegro, Panama, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Serbia and Palestine also enter the group of countries affected by these measures.
