We are here to honor the memory of the Historical President, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova. The man who made Albanians together about the idea and cause of freedom and independence and the man who knew to build the most powerful bridges of friendship with the states that are still close to us. The foundations he built, the road he built forever, will remain as guide”, Osmani said.
