Nol Niushi: Kurt will use the current law on certificate in his authoritarian power

Social Democrat Party official Nol Niushi has said that the interpretation of the law prohibiting convicts from ruling hard form in the last three years causes human rights violations. But, according to him, while Albin Kurti is complaining about violating his rights, Niushi stressed that he is not promising that in his rule this law will change. He further said that if the complaint was principled, then the promise to change that rating would have to come along.

His full post:

Is the law unjust to be instrumentalized or changed?

We have said that the ban on running the Cult and others is unfair. The interpretation of the law in such a way causes human rights violations. Those who enjoy this decision are mistaken because the logic of such political elimination does not work.

But since Cult is complaining about himself, we are not hearing him promise that in his rule this law will change. If the complaint was principled, then the promise to change that standard would have to come along.

But we will be witnesses that this rate will not change. Cult's power will instrumentalize this law just to prevent the resistance his authoritarian power will cause.

Change my mind!
