Spahiu for Periscopi said he has no clear reason why the agreement did not reach between these two parties, according to him, perhaps Enver Hoxhaj feared Fatmir Limaj's fortune.
He declared that a coalition between the PDK and the Initiative has been in the interest of the two parties.
