Nasim Haradinaj (“z. Haradinaj”, for criminal acts against justice administration, specifically for obstructing official persons in performing official duties, fearing witnesses, for revenge and
For violating the secrecy of the procedure.
The charges presented in the confirmed indictment rely on well-based suspicion that at least between September 7th and 25th 2020, Gucati and Haradinaj uncovered without authorisation protected information from the Specialised Chambers Law, including identifying data of several witnesses (possibly), in three press conferences and other broadcast activities, as well as further distribution involving statements on social networks.
