On December 24th, the preliminary procedure judge decided to continue detention of Haradinaj and denied his request for a hearing on the issue.
On January 5th, Haradinaj has appealed this ruling to the Court of Appeals.
The panel of the Court of Appeals has been set up, which will be composed of the judges Kai Ambos, Michele Picard and Nina Jorgensen.
