Mustafa: LDK is school for all, our voters are smart

The Democratic League of Kosovo “is a school”, not just for parties in Kosovo, but for all parties in the Western Balkans, LDK chairman Isa Mustafa has said. “Two times we have run the government and witnessed how it is governed with mind, how well and without corruption. “Two times we have run the government and witnessed how it is governed with mind, how well and without corruption. We're a school for everything. Not only in Kosovo but also in the Western Balkans”, Mustafa has declared.

For these “good governance”, Mustafa voiced confidence that the LDK will be rewarded by Kosovars with votes in the February 14th elections.

“on each side of the election has increased voter support and number. We've also come up first in the last local elections”.

Recent polls that release the LDK third after the Vetevendosje Movement of the Democratic Party of Kosovo Mustafa were denied.

I only trust the will of the people”, he declared. The numbers presented in the polls even call them the “orchestrated fysses”. Suspects are being organised by the Vetevendosje Movement.

“The campaign under way through the VV surveys is dictatorial”.

Vjosa Osmani's union-in-chief of the LDK and the candidate for prime minister of this party in the past election with Vetevendosje Movement has named it “Mercenarism political”, but, according to Mustafa, this cannot be attributed to the LDK voter.

“Tendence to be absorbed by LDK voters for these purposes (takes the votes from the LDK) is political mercenaries”.

“Votors and LDK supporters do not become the target of mercenaries that have been placed on the VV list. They are much wiser and more loyal”, says former Kosovo Prime Minister for Albanian Post.

The LDK, which in the February 14th extraordinary elections competes on a list with the New Kosovo Alliance, Behgjet Pacolli's party, has presented itself as the candidate for prime minister Avdullah Hotin.

Mustafa is pleased with Hoti. He thinks the campaign is developing well and competing with the “programme in the quality of the future Kosovo prime minister”.

Unlike the LDK that is launching the governing programme, according to Mustafa, Vetevendosje movement is racing for something more than government.

The “those who want it all leads us directly to the coughing of state and democracy. They want to take the whole state, but citizens give no one the monopoly and dictatorship”.

The future legislature, besides the prime minister and government, will have to elect the new president. The LDK, unlike most of the main parties, has still cited someone as their candidate.

Mustafa says the LDK not only has a candidate, but there are many, however, that no single name was mentioned.

“We aim to direct the government. But we have candidates for president far better than those mentioned by other subjects”.

Mustafa has also talked about his position in the party, even though he considers this to be the subject at all now, despite voices that have disputed his position at the helm of the LDK.

The party elections we completed in August 2019”, he declares, hinting that the power wheel now early in the LDK.

I see trends that non-related circles are shedding tears for the LDK leadership. The more I see such trends, the more I believe we have good leadership, not hybrid leadership, but the original of LDK”.
