Muharrier blames politics and awaits the next government for “Brean”

After a long period, in September 2018 work had begun on the construction of the recorporative complex “Bora” in Pec. Work at this centre, which is only 900m from the city of Peja, where some 500 people were expected to be employed, was cut off due to suspension of construction permit from the Environment Ministry [...]
The reasons why this project has stalled for the head of Pec, Gazmend Muharzier, is politics. Muhharrier, in an interview with Kosova Prees, says the Ministry of Environment and Space Planning, which later became the minister of Environment, delayed with procedures for the transition of national park subx0> Bees of Nemuna” to the Government of the Parliament.
However, the obstacles, Muhhazier says, have caused certain people to politics.
It is the largest project, not only in Pec but also throughout the Republic of Kosovo. Still we have a problem with the Ministry of Spatial Planning (later under the Ministry of Economy and Environment) which, in spite of the legal obligations that it has been eight years, has not passed the occupation of the National Commission on Nemunasu project and is now appearing as an obstacle and why it had not to be an obstacle, I believe it is the most political obstacle assigned by people assigned to this minister to prevent the Community of the Prophet from implementing the big project that is not only for the Pec, but also for the municipality of the Citian, I believe the Isticean, and the Istice of Mufera, Kosova said.
However, the national park's re-placement plan “Nemuna” is in the Kosovo Assembly and the new legislature to be expected from new elections to further the “Boras” project.
Muhharrier also has hope in the new government and the new ministers who expect them to push forward this important project for the Peja Community.
The <x0->Comuna is ahead of a major challenge because at last eight years of the national park's zoning plan has gone to Government, from there it has been forwarded to parliament and now thanks to the circumstances being presented it cannot be voted and the next government should be expected, the will of new officials and new ministers to the ministry to advance”, Mujarri said.
The head of the Peja municipality, Gazmend Muhhazier, in the interview for Kosova Preiss, says the spread of COVID-19 did not become an obstacle for Pec to implement some of the planned projects.
Muharnier says 85 per cent of the projects that were envisioned have been completed, adding that the recently approved budget had delayed procurement procedures.
With special emphasis, he also mentions tendering the Kyeva Highway - Zahaq, who he says will have a major impact on the development of the Pec municipality.
We've had many projects and managed to realise over 85 per cent of the projects. We've had 15 projects with Demos and 14 of them we've managed to complete, only the 15th project has not been achieved to spend the entire budget as it was previously spent. What will affect the future in the town of Peja is the tender of the Kiev-Zhaq highway, which will have a huge impact on the development of the town of Peja because it will approach Pristina Airport for Peja citizens for less than 30 minutes and Pristina for less than an hour, so it will enable the rapid and free circulation of people and Pristina-Peja and Pristina/Pristina”, Mujary said.
In terms of managing the situation with COVID-19, Muhajer says they have done well, despite their challenges. According to him, all the links to the primary health system have worked properly.
Those who suffered most of the pandemic were businesses which Muharzier says only accepted the help of the Government of Kosovo.
The biggest polls in the direction of the municipality, he says came from gastronomics because of limited hours to practice the event.
Mujarrier: The municipality has not subsidized businesses
The municipality has not subsidized (business) but the government with the package. The first fiscal package has been a good help to businesses, this second package is a little late, but I believe this will also be a great help to businesses. Especially now, people have also received Trust revenues and is a significant amount to family economies. [...] Such gastronomials have usually complained a lot about the schedule that has been cut. The main requirement has been to this sector”, Muhrami has indicated.
