A VVA supporter of his Facebook profile has published an address in which people who do not have much information on how to complete the ECQZ app for voters abroad.
He did this to help voters make the apps work.

Vote application abroad has begun. It's just as important to use your right to the Vote.
In the case that you need Asstenic/Help for the pluralization of the Voter Volunteers out of the country, or ask general questions that link to application rights, don't hesitate to contact me in the Messenger, where I will discuss and give you No. Private.
Soon all location will be published on the face. Gallen H, Ostschweiz, where we will welcome you to help make it the successful application and therefore the flexible CEC suspects.
