Candidate of PDK for MP Ferat Shala has published some measures this party calls for private and public sector support:
He writes:
Measures to support employees in the private and public sector:
- a) The minimum wage will rise from 170 euros, which is now 300 euros.
- b) In agreement with social partners, labour legislation with particular emphasis on the labour law, which will be reviewed in order to create a quality legal framework for encouraging entrepreneurial activities, reduce administrative work burden and ensure dignified working conditions with maximum protection of employees and employers.
- c) The number of labour inspectors, which number will be sufficient for supervision of labour law enforcement and protection of employed rights, will increase.
- ( d) With the aim of raising salaries in the private sector, and of available employment revenues for a higher standard of our citizens, we will commit to companies that raise salaries for their employees to over 500 euros a month, the Tax on the Corporation's Orders from 10% to currently 5% in our government.
- e) existing salaries will be raised to an average of 30% for all officials in the public sector, through reform of the wage law. Adequate job qualifications will be adjusted according to experience and professional qualifications.
