Miftaraj for complaints at the Supreme Court: Decision expected to be same as Constitutional

In this regard, Kosovo Institute for Justice Director Ehat Miftaraj has said that if the issue is judged by the judicial perspective, the epilogue knows how to be decided in this case by the Supreme Court.

Miftaraj also clarified that the Constitutional Court is the final authority in Kosovo for interpreting the Constitution.

Otherwise, the Election Panel of Pollies and Parasites (PZAP) on Tuesday has partially rejected the complaint of the Vetevendosje Movement and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo submitted to the PZAP, following the failure to mail the candidate list of MPs from the CEC.
According to the decision published by PZAP, by LVV, Albin Kurti, Albulen Hadziu, Libran Aliu, Bajram Mavriqi and Labinote Demi-Murtezi, and by AAK Shemeddin Dresaj, Gani Dresaj, the Ajeti beat and Albanian Kastracti cannot be certified for early parliamentary elections to be held on February 14th.
